I'm upside-down on my $8k first-time home purchase. Upside-down on my clunker stimulus car I bought. I've since been laid-off and can't afford my house or car payments. My house and care are both worth way less than I paid. My only option appears to be bankruptcy! Am I Screwed, or is their a way out of this mess?
